Bulgaria – Traditional Costumes

This project is a visual tribute to Bulgarian tradition through its folkloric costumes. I approached these garments as living symbols of identity, memory, and cultural heritage, highlighting the richness of their embroidery, colors, and craftsmanship passed down through generations.

Natural light, gestures, and environment come together to honor feminine strength and the history woven into these garments, creating images that bridge the ancestral and the contemporary.
